The most recent Taiwanese presidential electionÇà¹ÏÊÓƵ”in which the (DPP) won a repeat victoryÇà¹ÏÊÓƵ”served as an uncomfortable reminder to the Chinese public that neither Taiwanese politicians nor voters are interested in BeijingÇà¹ÏÊÓƵ™s plans for political unification.
